1. How long does it take to process an order?
After you successfully place an order, it takes 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) for us to process and prepare your order for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to ship.
2. How long does it take to ship?
The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days after your order ships. This may vary depending on your location in the United States. Please note that holidays, weekends, or adverse weather conditions may delay delivery.
3. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for all orders.
4. Does Hallebatz.store ship internationally?
Currently, Hallebatz.store only supports shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

7. Can I return my item?
Yes, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging intact.
